The booking process was very easy. Devan was the detailer who worked on my wife’s Tahoe and he did an excellent job. The communication was clear and helpful and the final result was excellent. We will definitely use J&D Mobile Detailing again.

I booked an interior car detailing several months ago. I swapped cars with my husband and he supervised while I was at work. First the technician informed him he’d be several hours late to the appointment as his other appointments were running over, which wasn’t a huge deal. However when I got home from work I noticed several areas that had been missed and stains on the backseat that were not removed. Although the trunk was included as part of the interior detailing, it had not been opened at all. There were also oil smudges on the interior of my windshield and driver side window, and most importantly, multiple obvious stains still on my backseat. I was able to take care of the trunk vacuuming and glass cleaning myself, but the entire reason I booked the detailing was to have my seats professionally shampooed. I contacted the owner who apologized and said the technician would come back out and retreat my backseats. I waited a week and heard nothing from the company. I reached back out and the owner apologized and said he’d completely forgotten. He then said he would reach out again, and in a few days sent me one timeslot. Since I worked at this time, I asked if there was a differen

I paid around $320 for the Diamond Package, which was advertised as a 3-4 hour detail service. I specifically chose this company because of its strong reviews and the standards they advertise for vehicle cleaning. Based on the description of the package, I expected something close to a professional reconditioning service, especially since I’m preparing to sell my car. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. The technician spent roughly 2.5 hours on the vehicle and left multiple areas either poorly cleaned or completely untouched. Here are the issues I found after the initial detail: - Bottom exterior portion of the passenger door panels was not wiped down - Multiple dirt spots remained on the exterior - Trunk interior was neither vacuumed nor shampooed - Air intake area still contained leaves and debris - Inside rear windshield was not properly cleaned, and the area underneath was not vacuumed - Driver seat belt still had visible soiling (I was told this could not be cleaned, despite this being a standard detailing process and the company appearing to have the necessary tools. I've included a photo of what this looks like.) - Stain remained on the driver seat le

I was blown away by how good my 14 year old Jetta looked after they finished detailing it. Paul was the technician who did the detailing, he was cordial and professional, and he left the interior of this car looking better than it did when I bought it. Really impressive work. Also shout out to Brandon who was also very professional over the phone.

Brandon and his guys did a great job detailing and adding a 10 year ceramic coat to my 26 Kia sportage. It looks amazing, inside and out! Brandon was communicative, friendly, and got the job done in the timeframe we agreed on. I couldn’t be happier with their work or professionalism, and their pricing is excellent. I shopped around for quite a bit before J&D got my business.
